- Ready stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Pre-order pieces require approximately 4–5 weeks for production before shipping.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
- We currently ship within Malaysia and selected international destinations.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the limited-production and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing preferences.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and provide assistance where appropriate.
