Products

All PEKGEE products are handmade or produced in limited quantities. Slight variations in fabric placement, color, or measurements may occur.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without notice.

Orders

Orders are only confirmed after payment has been successfully received. PEKGEE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, any payment received will be fully refunded.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and destination. Once your order has been shipped, PEKGEE is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, sleepwear, scrunchies, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can assist you promptly.

Limitation of Liability
