• Ready stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment has been confirmed.
• Pre-order items require approximately 4–5 weeks for production before dispatch.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier service, destination, weather conditions, customs clearance (for international orders), or other circumstances beyond our control.
• We currently ship within Malaysia and selected international destinations. International shipping fees and delivery times vary by location.
